Tally courses
Tally or Tally ERP is a robust accounting software created and marketed by Tally Solutions. Small and midsized businesses widely use the software. A renowned financial accounting and inventory management system with a powerful computer, Tally Software offers financial accounting and inventory management. A Tally course will help you understand the software, its functions, and basic concepts such as profit and loss analysis, bookkeeping, stock maintenance, ratio analysis, etc.
Tally courses can be done after completing class 12 or equivalent school education, preferably from the commerce stream. Tally Course is a short-term certification course. It usually takes 2-4 months to complete the course. Since various course providers provide the Tally course and each focuses on multiple specializations, no Uniform Tally course syllabus is available. Since it’s not a degree, you don’t need any other qualifications. But some certification courses are only available for Undergraduates & Graduates in commerce. Though it is unnecessary, it will help you if you have basic IT awareness (Windows OS and PC Essentials) and good English communication skills.
CPA Course
Certified Public Accountants (CPA) is a license mandatory for Accountancy professionals in many countries. A CPA course covers various topics, including accounting, auditing, evaluation, law, analytics, regulatory frameworks, financial planning, procedures, ethics, and management.
Obtaining a CPA certificate requires attending a CPA course and passing the CPA exam. The CPA certificate must be followed by experience practicing under a licensed CPA before you can apply for the license.
There are several CPA certifications, but the most well-known is the US CPA, also known as the Uniform CPA. After getting the US CPA license, you can take examinations to get CPA licenses in other countries such as Canada, Australia, etc.Â
To attempt a CPA Exam, you should have:
- Graduation or equivalent accounting degree with 120 credit hours
- One hundred fifty semester hours of CPA course to earn a CPA license.
- 1-2 years of experience under any CPA
The CPA course consists of 4 sections or four exams. A fundamental principle is explained in each section and how it can be applied in practice. Each section has different subjects to be covered. The AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), which conducts the CPA Exam, does not offer official study materials. But you can get learning materials from various course providers, known as CPA review courses. CPA courses benefit professionals who require a job in private business, accounting, education, and government. CPA professionals are also hired by companies located outside the US that sell products & services in the US.
