Interview with Mickaelk001 Entrepreneur and investor of the new generation!

Mickael K001 just celebrated three years of his Instagram account. The content creator tackles the issues of money in a broad sense: cryptocurrencies, personal finance, investments and online business. At 25 years old, this young entrepreneur who admires Warren Buffett, Elon Musk as much as his father, has managed to create several online businesses and generates millions per year. From the beautiful island of Malta, the Portuguese entrepreneur from Montalegre answered our questions.

Where are you from and where did you grow up? 

Both my parents come from a small village in the North of Portugal and moved to a working-class area in the suburbs of Paris in the 90s. I grew up between France and Portugal in a rather modest environment. Although I did not leave with great predispositions to “succeed in life”, I believed in myself and went to study in 3 continents and in more than 6 different universities and private schools. And today, I am living the life I want to live thanks to my investments and different online businesses. 

How long have you been interested in personal finance?

Since I was very young! I was lucky enough to have parents who made me understand very early on that if I wanted something, I had to pay for it. This introduced me to the concept of “financial independence” around the age of 10-12. I studied the different ways to make a lot of money and naturally became interested in the financial markets and online business.  

How would you define your Instagram account @Mickaelk001?

It’s an educational, transparent and sincere account. Over time, it is a real community that is present by my side! I love them all, and I am honored by all the trust and affection they have for me. It’s a lot of work on a daily basis, for the past 3 years of my life, 7 days a week, I’ve been giving all my heart and guts to educate people financially and especially to guide them towards financial independence. My current focus is to help them get a foothold in the world of cryptocurrency and help them strategically invest their money by making them avoid the pitfalls. Cryptocurrency is the future!

Why did you create the Protocol Crypto? 

This is a question that even members or future members ask me daily. If you make so much money why are you doing all this for us? 

Many people don’t know this, but I speak 4 languages fluently. I could have chosen markets where I would have made a lot more money like France, Switzerland or even Luxembourg. I could have sold the Protocol Crypto to a larger number of people, but also to people with a much higher purchasing power.  

And yet, it is to the Portuguese that I am addressing. Why? Because they are the people who need my help the most, they are the people who need to find other solutions than their salary to live and not just survive. It is impossible nowadays to live properly on 700 or 800€ per month… 

With the current macroeconomic context, record inflation rates, higher and higher standards of living, and with salaries that do not increase, in reality, the Portuguese are getting poorer and poorer without even realizing it. Unfortunately, he is only suffering from this situation…

Moreover, Portugal remains my country of heart and my people, so it was natural for me to help them.

What was your first encounter with cryptocurrencies?

I read a few articles about Bitcoin in 2014… But to be honest, I didn’t at that time immediately understand the impact it could have on the real world. It was only at the end of 2016 during my Master’s degree in a Business School in Paris, that I really got interested in databases and blockchain. 

It was also at that time that I studied and analyzed the Bitcoin whitepaper in detail. A feeling similar to that of a child who learns that he is going to spend 2 days at Disneyland. A powerful feeling of happiness, everything I read and interpreted made me aware of the technological shift we were about to enter in the next few years. 

It’s 2022 and the dawn of the mass adoption of blockchain in our daily lives. The most daring and courageous will make a lot of money with me, as a precursor in this new world, the others will suffer the consequences of the current financial system that is falling apart.

Do you follow crypto news on a daily basis?

Contrary to what you might think, I don’t follow crypto news closely. On the contrary, I try to stay away from it as far as my investments are concerned. The reason is actually quite simple: the “Mainstream” news is not really going to help me define or direct my investment strategies in the long term. The news I will follow is rather oriented on new technologies and a good understanding of the degree of innovation of the various projects in which I invest. 

What are the next steps for @Mickaelk001?

I’ve been working secretly for more than 6 months on the creation of a new project. Unfortunately, I can’t say more here, otherwise, I would spoil the surprise for my members. 

The only thing I can say is that it is something I really wanted to do because it is a certainty that it will leave traces of my passage on Earth. Theoretically, it will be released in early September 2022. 

Apart from that, I’m also currently working on the next step… In other words, on diversifying my members’ investor portfolios. As you can imagine, my area of expertise and investments do not stop at cryptocurrency. But again, I can’t say too much about it, as I know some members will come to read your article once it’s published.
