Acquisition connects a high-value pharmaceutical domain with Vetr’s growing Albendamax business and broader animal-health strategy
GRANTS PASS, OR, September 05 2026 – Andrew Hamilton, founder and CEO of veterinary health company Vetr, has announced the acquisition of Albendazole.com through Pale Horse Capital, his investment and funding company. The domain was acquired for Vetr as the company expands its portfolio of animal-health products, digital assets and distribution infrastructure.

The acquisition gives Vetr control of the exact-match domain for albendazole, a widely recognized active ingredient used in livestock parasite-management programs. It also directly aligns with Albendamax, Vetr’s 11.36% albendazole oral suspension for cattle, sheep and goats.
Albendamax has gained traction while livestock producers and veterinary professionals have faced limited availability of other albendazole-based treatments. Reliable access is particularly important because interruptions in parasite-control programs can affect weight gain, feed efficiency, reproductive performance and overall herd health.
Vetr has responded to this market need by expanding Albendamax availability through agricultural retailers, veterinary suppliers and distributors. The product recently became available through Southern Livestock, providing access to a network encompassing more than 700 stores across the United States.
The addition of Albendazole.com builds on that distribution growth by giving Vetr a digital property closely connected to one of its expanding animal-health products. Exact-match pharmaceutical domains can serve as valuable online destinations because they correspond with the terminology veterinarians, farmers, ranchers and animal owners use when searching for information about active ingredients and treatment options.
For Hamilton, the acquisition is part of a broader strategy that connects biotechnology, animal-health products, digital infrastructure and modern distribution. Vetr is a multiproduct veterinary health company serving livestock producers, pet owners, veterinary professionals and animal-care organizations.
Albendazole.com provides another asset within that larger platform. It gives Vetr an opportunity to strengthen its digital presence around a recognized veterinary compound while supporting the company’s work to improve access to essential animal-health products.
The acquisition also reflects the role of Pale Horse Capital in Hamilton’s long-term business strategy. The firm supports acquisitions and ventures aligned with biotechnology, pharmaceutical infrastructure, healthcare access and digital assets.
Earlier in 2026, Hamilton acquired Omeprazole.com from AstraZeneca, adding one of the most recognizable pharmaceutical compound domains to his growing portfolio. His digital holdings have also included Tapeworm.com and Tapeworms.com. The acquisition of Albendazole.com is especially relevant because of its direct connection to Vetr’s existing Albendamax operations.
Hamilton’s objective is to build Vetr into a nationally recognized biotechnology and animal-health enterprise. The company’s model combines product development, veterinary technology, digital services and retail and wholesale distribution to address gaps in treatment access.
Albendamax is one of several products and initiatives contributing to that vision. Its growing availability demonstrates Vetr’s ability to identify a pressing market need and build the relationships required to deliver an appropriate product to agricultural communities.
The acquisition of Albendazole.com further connects that physical distribution network with Hamilton’s digital pharmaceutical strategy. Together, Albendamax and Albendazole.com provide Vetr with a growing product presence and a closely aligned digital asset within the livestock-health market.
Albendamax is labeled for veterinary use in cattle, sheep and goats. Users must follow all label instructions, withdrawal periods and precautions. The product is not intended for human use, and livestock owners should consult a licensed veterinarian for assistance with the diagnosis, treatment and control of parasitism.
