But Corbin’s strategy isn’t built on one-time spikes. It’s built on repeatable systems.

“I wasn’t the leader I needed to be yet,” he admits. “I lost money, made mistakes, and had to rebuild everything.”

Instead of stepping away, Corbin used those setbacks as a blueprint. When he launched RisePDR, he focused heavily on what had previously gone wrong—tightening operations, improving leadership, and prioritizing team performance.

The result is a company that reinvests aggressively into growth. RisePDR has expanded its infrastructure with specialized paint booths and a fleet of nine customer vehicles, allowing clients to stay mobile while repairs are completed. This operational detail not only improves customer experience but also increases throughput and efficiency.

Corbin emphasizes that growth at this level requires more than just ambition—it requires clarity and decisiveness.

“You have to decide quickly and execute,” he says. “If you wait until everything is perfect, you never move. The advantage comes from speed and correction.”

Mentorship has also played a significant role in shaping his approach. Without a traditional educational path, Corbin sought out guidance from experienced business owners, including David, Jesse, Roby, Kasey Lycar, and Hassan Haider.

“I learned by being around people who were already doing what I wanted to do,” he explains. “That gave me perspective I wouldn’t have had otherwise.”

Looking forward, Corbin is focused on expanding the Rise brand beyond automotive services. Plans are already underway to enter the roofing sector, with additional long-term ambitions in real estate and consulting for young entrepreneurs seeking to build scalable businesses.

The goal, he says, is not just growth—but leverage.

“We’re building something that can expand across industries,” Corbin notes. “Once you understand sales, systems, and leadership, you can apply that anywhere.”
