What is induction sealing technology? Induction sealing is a technology where there is a zero-physical contact packaging that is done by  using heat induction sealer ,  the container is sealed with a heatable foil-like material. It  is tamper-proof and is also cost-effective. For customers, this sort of sealing is a great relief, as they can easily peel off the layer of failure. They don’t have to exert all their energy into the opening or biting into a tightly sealed cap. 

What is the process of Induction sealing technology?

The entire process starts within a closed structure that is made of layers of pulpboard, wax, aluminum foil, and polymer. The induction begins inside this structure. A container is first placed inside this box-like structure, and an electromagnetic current is produced. This current is induced into the foil. The foil heats up due to the heat produced; the wax layer melts because of the excessive heat generated. The pulpboard then absorbs this wax. Effectiveness of the technology

It all depends on the material of the liner used. The product used here impacts the quality of packaging greatly. The seal will remain tamper and leak-proof only under certain factors. First, the pressure used in the machine must be the right amount. If it is lesser than the standard measure then, the seal might not stick for long. The electromagnetic field must generate the right amount of heat. The entire game is based on the heat and pressure produced. Also, those involved must ensure that the measurements and proportions of the container’s opening and the width of the seal are proportionate.
